Essays, Articles and Stories
I have lots of creative interests, but my two favorites are writing stories and painting with acrylics. Both of these pursuits allow me to showcase my wild and sassy nature. Originally, I painted by copying photos, but I moved away from that and now only indulge in my own panting method: “Wild Painting! Create With Abandon.” Links to on-line published writing below.
My stories have been paid for and published in the following newspapers, books or magazines: Chicken Soup For The Soul, The Boston Globe, The Christian Science Monitor, Skirt! Magazine, Underwired Magazine, Rollins Magazine, Common Ties, The Art of Spiritual Surrender, FlashQuake, Travel-Wise, MetroWest Daily News, Uncle John’s Bathroom Reader. And broadcast on NPR via WGBH.
Not paid writing, but lots of fun: Nail Polish Stories.
